Thank you for accessing the Glade.ai widget application (the “App”) and/or visiting the Glade.ai website located at www.Glade.ai (the “Site”). The Site and App are properties of Noodle Shops Inc (dba “Glade.ai” “we,” “our” or “us”). This Glade.ai Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers our treatment of personal information that we collect when you: (a) access and/or use the Site; (b) download, attempt to download and/or use the App and associated Software, as made available on the iPhone®, iPad® and iPod Touch®, as well as Android® and other mobile devices (collectively, “Mobile Devices”), by and through the Apple® App Store, the Google Play® store, and other applicable venues (collectively, “Download Venues”); (c) access certain text, images, video, audio and other content and information relating to the Glade.ai Offerings as made available by: (i) Glade.ai (collectively, “Glade.ai Content”); (ii) third-party content providers (“Third-Party Content”) and/or (iii) Users (“User Content,” and together with the Glade.ai Content and Third-Party Content, the “Content”); (d) register for a Glade.ai account (“Account”) as an end-user of the App and/or Site (“User”), which enables Users to: (i) obtain Glade.ai content in the form of Handbooks (“Handbooks”), step by step guides published by creators on the Glade.ai platform; (ii) create a personalized profile image/avatar, and associated information, as uploaded by such Users (“Profile”), that will identify Users to other Users and to the Creators; and/or (iv) purchase, for a fee, “Responses,” which provides Users with access to an ad-free experience in the App/on the Site, messaging functionality and other interactive features of the Glade.ai Offerings which allow the user to interact with their favorite creators for a set period of time. (collectively (a)-(d), the “Glade.ai Offerings”).
Disclosure Regarding Customer Data
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of our customers pursuant to a written agreement we have entered into with such customers (“Customer Data”).

Documents and Forms: Our customers may provide us with personal information from their documents and forms that they upload to the Glade.ai Offerings.
Our customers’ respective privacy notices or policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Notice. The use of our Glade.ai Offerings does not waive attorney-client privilege because we act solely as a technology back office for our customers, providing infrastructure and services under the direction of our customers. While our customer support team may have access to Customer Data that is subject to attorney-client privilege for troubleshooting or maintenance purposes, such access is strictly limited to providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of the Site and App. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.

Personal Information Collected
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” shall mean individually identifiable information from or about an individual. We collect personal information when you access certain of the Glade.ai Offerings and complete the required information request form(s) and/or otherwise provide such information to us.
Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly
The information that you must supply on the form(s) may include, without limitation: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) mailing/billing address; (d) telephone number; (e) date of birth; (f) credit card and/or debit card information where User is purchasing the Premium Service, however, any payments made via the Glade.ai Offerings are processed by third-party payment
processors. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through the Glade.ai Offerings, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information, such as your billing details; and/or (g) any other information requested by Glade.ai on the applicable form.
Personal Information Collected Automatically
Computer IP Addresses/Browser Type. We may collect certain personal information about you and your desktop computer when you visit many of the pages of the Site. This personal information includes, without limitation, the type of browser that you use (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer), your IP address, the type of operating system that you use (e.g., Windows or iOS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., Verizon, AT&T). We use the personal information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Glade.ai Offerings and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze usage of the Glade.ai Offerings.
Mobile Device, Geolocation and App Usage Information. We may collect certain personal information about you and your Mobile Device when you access the App and/or visit certain App pages. This personal information includes, without limitation, the following information pertaining to your Mobile Device and your use of the App: (a) Mobile Device platform type; (b) Mobile Device identifier; (c) SDK version; (d) API key (identifier for the App); (e) App version; (f) the model type, manufacture and Android version of the Mobile Device; (g) your App session start/stop time and date; and (h) the actions taken while utilizing the App. We use the personal information identified in this paragraph to improve the design and content of the Glade.ai Offerings and to enable us to personalize your App experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze Glade.ai Offerings usage, alter existing Glade.ai Offerings and/or develop new or different Glade.ai Offerings. You understand and agree that we may send push notifications about the Glade.ai Offerings to you by and through your Mobile Device.
Cookies. When an end-user visits the Site and/or interacts with one of our commercial e-mail messages, we send one (1) or more cookies and/or gif files (collectively, “Cookies”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable end-user’s computer and/or mobile device, as applicable. A Cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing personal information about you. Cookies have many benefits to enhance your experience on the Site, as applicable. We use Cookies to improve the quality of the Glade.ai Offerings, including for storing end-user preferences and tracking Site usage (such as pages opened and length of stay at the Site, as applicable).
Most Internet browsers are initially set up to accept Cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. To disable and reject certain Cookies, follow the instructions associated with your Internet browser. Even in the case where an end-user rejects a Cookie, he or she may still use the Glade.ai Offerings; provided, however, that certain functions of the Glade.ai Offerings may be impaired or rendered inoperable if the use of Cookies is disabled. We reserve the right to retain Cookie data indefinitely.
Behavioral Tracking. Glade.ai and its third-party partners, such as Google®, use Cookies, pixels and other tracking technology (collectively, “Tracking Technology”) to analyze trends, administer the App and Site, track end-users’ movements around the App and Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. In addition, we partner with third-parties such as Facebook® to use Tracking Technology in connection with the display of advertising in the App and on the Site, and to manage the serving of our advertising to you on other websites when you exit the App and/or Site. Our third-party partners may use Tracking Technology to gather information about your activities the App, on the Site and on other websites in order to provide you with certain Glade.ai advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible for the tracking practices of third-parties in connection with the App and/or Site.
Users can opt-out of certain Google®-related tracking technology, and customize the Google® Display Network ads that they receive, by visiting the Google® Ads Settings at: http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Google® also recommends installing the Google® Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your web browser, which is available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Users may also be able to opt-out of this form of tracking utilizing the options made available by the Network Advertising Initiative, Facebook or Digital Advertising Alliance. Please note that opting out of this tracking activity does not opt you out of being served advertising. Even where you opt out of this tracking activity, you will continue to receive generic ads.
Glade.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of your Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar data (“User Calendar Data”) received from Google or Microsoft APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, or Microsoft APIs Terms of Use, respectively.
To the extent that any User Calendar Data to which you provide us access to constitutes personal information under this Privacy Policy, it will be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide us with access to User Calendar Data, our use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
The User Calendar Data will be used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our user interface.
The User Calendar Data will be transferred to others only as necessary to provide and improve these user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The User Calendar Data will not be used for serving advertisements.
The User Calendar Data will be read by humans only in the following cases:
As part of the user interface, as controlled by your Glade.ai privacy settings;
If we obtain your affirmative agreement to view specific data from your account;
If it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
If it is necessary to comply with applicable law; and
As necessary for internal operations, provided that the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Cross Device Tracking: Glade.ai tracks Users’ use of the Glade.ai Offerings across various devices, including your personal computer and mobile device, in order to optimize and personalize your Glade.ai Offerings experience. Glade.ai may collect certain of your personal information across various devices. Please be advised that where you opt-out of having your use of the Glade.ai Offerings tracked across devices, you may need to upload certain information multiple times and/or input your log-in information multiple times.
Aggregate Data. Glade.ai reserves the right to transfer and/or sell aggregate or group data about users of the Glade.ai Offerings for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage and other characteristics of users as a group, without disclosing personally identifiable information.
Interactive Features. If you engage in any interaction with Glade.ai, other Users or any third-party by and through ourinteractive features (e.g., messaging features, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, and social media pages) (collectively, “Interactive Features”) , you should be aware that: (a) the personal information that you submit by and through the: (i) Interactive Features can be read, collected and/or used by other Users of the Interactive Features, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages or otherwise to contact you without your consent or desire; and (ii) Interactive Features may be read, collected and/or used by other users of these Interactive Features (depending on your privacy settings associated with your accounts with the applicable social media accounts), and could be used to send you unsolicited messages or otherwise to contact you without your consent or desire; and (b) where Glade.ai responds to any interaction on such Interactive Features , your account name/handle may be viewable by any and all members/users of Glade.ai’s social media accounts. We are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit via any Interactive Features.
In addition, the Site and/or App may contain social media website widgets and buttons (“Widgets”). These Widgets may collect your IP address (for Site Users), as well as which page you are visiting in the Site and/or on the Site, and may set a Cookie on your browser to enable the Widget to function properly. The Widgets are owned and operated by the applicable social media websites. The social media websites operate independently from Glade.ai, and we are not responsible for such social media websites’ interfaces or privacy or security practices.
Your interactions with the social media pages and Widgets are governed by the privacy policies of the applicable social media websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings of the social media pages with which you interact to help you understand those social media websites’ respective privacy practices. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of any social media pages and/or Widgets that you use, please refer to the applicable social media website’s privacy notices or policies.
Use and Sharing of Personal Information
Personal information collected by Glade.ai may be used for feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development, for content improvement, or to customize the content and layout of the Glade product websites. Personal information, such as names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information which visitors voluntarily provide to Glade may be added to the Glade databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, and upcoming events.
By submitting your personal information through the Glade.ai Offerings, you agree that: we may collaborate with trusted service providers solely to deliver and improve our offerings, under strict data protection agreements. These service providers may include, but are not limited to: (i) providers of operational services such as data validation and enhancement; (ii) secure communication tools; and (iii) infrastructure platforms essential to Glade.ai’s functionality—all of whom are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing or resale purposes.
We may also use your personal information to send you promotional messages regarding various Glade.ai Offerings, as well as third-party products and/or services that we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to stop receiving future communications from us, please follow the instructions at the end of each such marketing message or use any of the other options available in the “Opt-Out/Unsubscribe” section below.
Where you submit personal information, we use the personal information that you make available to facilitate the delivery of the applicable Glade.ai Offerings to you and to respond to any inquiries made by you. You also agree that we may contact you at any time with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your continued use of the Glade.ai Offerings, and to keep you informed of our other products and services.
We may also employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card and other payment transactions, sending direct and electronic mail, removing duplicate information from User lists, analyzing data and providing marketing analysis. The agents performing these limited functions on our behalf shall have access to our Users’ personal information as needed to perform these functions for us, but we do not permit them to use User personal information for other purposes.
We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience with the Glade.ai Offerings and/or to contact you for market research purposes. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our service offerings including, without limitation, the Glade.ai Offerings. We may also combine the information we have gathered about you with information from other sources.
We reserve the right to release current or past personal information: (i) in the event that we believe that the Glade.ai Offerings are being or have been used in violation of the Terms or to commit unlawful acts; (ii) if the information is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, where permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with e-mail notice, and opportunity to challenge the subpoena, prior to disclosure of any personal information pursuant to a subpoena; (iii) if we are sold, merge with a third-party or are acquired by a third-party (collectively, “M&A Transactions”) (including where we share your personal information, in connection with the due diligence process associated with a potential M&A Transaction); or (iv) if we are the subject of bankruptcy proceedings; provided, however, that if Glade.ai is involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via e-mail and/or a prominent notice in the App and on the Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices that you may have regarding your personal information.
You hereby consent to the disclosure of any record or communication to any third-party when we, in our sole discretion, determine the disclosure to be required by applicable law, including sharing your e-mail address with third-parties for suppression purposes in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended from time to time, and other e-mail marketing laws. Users should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit personal information to be shared or transferred to third-parties without permission.
Credit and/or Debit Card Transactions
Glade.ai utilizes third-party service providers to provide credit and debit card payment processing services. If you choose to purchase the Premium Service, the credit or debit card information provided will be shared with our contracted third-party payment processing service provider(s). Glade.ai requires that its third-party payment processing service provider(s) has/have in place privacy policies and practices consistent with this Privacy Policy; provided, however, that we cannot guarantee the privacy practices of our third-party payment processing service provider(s).
Third-Party Websites
This App and Site may contain links to third-party owned and/or operated websites including, without limitation, Social Media Websites. Glade.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. In some cases, you may be able to make a purchase through one of these third-party websites. In these instances, you may be required to provide certain information, such as a credit card number, to register or complete a transaction at such website. These third-party websites have separate privacy and data collection practices and Glade.ai has no responsibility or liability relating to them.
Security of Your Personal Information
We strive to protect our Users’ personal information both online and offline. We may encrypt your personal information during storage and transmission using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Access to your personal information is limited. We grant access only to employees or third-party agents who need it for a specific job. Our employees are dedicated to maintaining the security and privacy of all User personal information, and our servers are kept in a secure physical environment.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Hackers may circumvent our security, or technological issues may cause inadvertent disclosures. For these reasons, we cannot warrant the absolute security of your personal information. Any data transmission is at your own risk.
In compliance with applicable law, we will notify you and any relevant regulatory agencies via e-mail if we learn of a security breach involving your personal information. Notice may be delayed to accommodate law enforcement needs, determine the scope of the damage, or implement remedial measures.
Children’s Privacy
Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information through the App or Site. Glade.ai does not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age.
Opt-Out/Unsubscribe
To opt-out of receiving e-mail and other forms of communication from us, you can: (a) follow the instructions included in the applicable e-mail message or other communication; or (b) e-mail us at: support@glade.ai.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your request for Glade.ai Offerings, as well as to respond to any inquiry or request made by you. To opt-out of receiving Glade.ai Offerings-related and/or inquiry response-related messages from Glade.ai, you must cease requesting and/or utilizing the Glade.ai Offerings and/or cease submitting inquiries to Glade.ai, as applicable.
Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Information
Where required by applicable law, you may request to access, amend, or remove your personal information by e-mailing us at support@glade.ai. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. We may also decline to process requests to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate your access to certain of the Glade.ai Offerings. If you wish to continue using the full complement of Glade.ai Offerings, you may not be able to delete all of the personal information that we have on file for you.
Please be further advised that, after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
Transfer of Personal Information Internationally
If you are accessing the App and/or visiting the Site from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us may result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By accessing the App, visiting the Site and/or otherwise communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers. Even if your jurisdiction does not have the same privacy laws as the jurisdiction where our servers are located, we will treat your information as subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Glade.ai reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice in the App and on the Site that we are changing our Privacy Policy. If the manner in which we use personal information materially changes, Glade.ai will notify Users by: (a) sending the modified policy to our Users via e-mail or posting it on our website; or (b) by any other reasonable means acceptable under applicable state and federal law. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner, and we will only use your information in this different manner where you opt-in to such use.
